I’ve been asked million times what is my workout routine. First off all there is nothing as a routine in my life. I travel and change my lifestyle all the time but the key is to listen and understand your body. My main sport is Astanga Yoga. I started to train four years ago. I like to mix my ashtanga routine with gym and swimming. To keep my summer body I try to workout 6-8 times a week. Instead of cardio, I try to walk at least 8km a day or swim 50 laps twice a week. I will share my ABS workout with you very soon. Stay tuned xx.
