How often? All the time. Is it painful? Of course! Is it worth it? YES. I do my ABS routine 6 times a week for around 30 minutes. Of course, my bod is built on Astanga Yoga practice, but now I am more into gym than ever. Here is what I do when I am sweating my ass off. Try to make it 6 times a week for 1 month and I am sure you will notice the difference. I love mixing my gym with yoga practice that’s why I always start from sun salutations. Is there anything better for your AB than Navasana pose?

30 bicycle crunch

2 minutes elbow plank pose

15 leg raises

60 crunches

6 times navasana pose

2 times 15 dumbbell side bends each side with 6/8 kg weight

3 minutes elbow plank pose
